CANDID annealing furnace including two types: electricity annealing furnace and gas annealing furnace. Both annealing furnace are LPG type which is intalled underground. The main usage is annealing wire, for wire drawing machine and making binding wire. Our furnace can be customized according to client's request, like the capacity can from 3ton/day to 20ton/day. Our annealing furnace has two heating areas, and two sets of temperature controller. There is a temperature inspector fitted on cover of furnace, which is to inspect inside temperature of tube. Control Silicon and digital meter are adopted, as a result, after being set program, annealing furnace can run automatically, operator need to supervise its running now and then only. In addition, annealing furnace can run frequency control, it means furnace can run at full power or part power according to actual operation.
